Charles Cecil
Charles Cecil, MD

A native of Coleman, Texas, Dr. Charles Cecil received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed both a general surgery internship and a urology residency at Scott and White Hospital-Texas A&M Health Science Center in Temple, Texas, where he received specialized training in robotic surgery. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Urological Association and the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Cecil travels to Coleman, Texas, monthly for outreach visits at Coleman County Medical Center, 310 S Pecos.

Katherine Rinard
Katherine Rinard, MD

Dr. Katherine Rinard graduated from Wylie High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Her internship in general surgery and urology residency were completed at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. Additionally, Dr. Rinard is specially trained in robotic surgery. 

She is a member of American Urological Association, Society of Women in Urology, Texas Medical Association, Texas Urological Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She has authored several scholarly works in her field and is an award-winning physician involved in ongoing research in the urologic field.

Ted Ritchie
Ted Ritchie, MD

Dr. Ted Ritchie earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock with a concurrent Master of Business Administration degree. He served a general surgery internship and residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he received specialized training in robotic surgery. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, Texas Urological Society and Texas Medical Association. Dr. Ritchie is a native Texan, raised in Holliday.

Jessica Castillo
Jessica Castillo, FNP-C

Jessica Castillo, FNP-C, was born and raised in Abilene. She graduated from Abilene High School and began her nursing career in 2001 as a licensed vocational nurse. Her compassion and dedication to nursing led her to continue her education at Texas Tech University. She then completed her master's degree in nursing at Hardin-Simmons University in 2013. Jessica is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

As a former Hendrick employee from 2001-2012, she returned to serve the patients as a family nurse practitioner for Big Country Urology and Hendrick Provider Network. She thanks the Lord daily for working through her and allowing her to provide excellent care in our community.
